Job Description A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends. Service Areas: Willowbrook, Compton, Long Beach, Carson, Signal Hill, and surrounding areas. Sign-On Bonus: $750 Compensation: $26 - $32 Per Hour - Full-time, based upon experience; Promotion opportunity to Program Supervisor (salaried) based upon experience.
