Close Date: May 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM GMT Position Overview Our New York office is looking for a banking and finance associate with three to five years of experience in transactional lending, preferably leveraged-lending. The position will involve both drafting and negotiating commitment papers, terms sheets, credit agreements and security documents. Prior experience performing these duties is helpful. Preference for an associate that has private equity sponsor-side experience, but experience working for banks and lending counsel is acceptable. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
