We provide short-term crisis stabilization and brief 1:1/group counseling in a milieu setting. This is a per diem position. We have day, evening, and overnight shifts available, as well as weekend hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 counseling in a milieu environment. Conduct treatment planning and crisis intervention. Facilitate skilled group work and family meetings. Connect patients to community resources. Work with internal and external referral sources on admissions and discharge planning. Experience: At least one full year working in the mental health field is required. Preference is given to previous experience working in crisis units/environments. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field is required. Skills and Competencies: Commitment to teamwork. Self-starter, independent. Time management and organizational skills are a must. Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.
