Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business-to-Business Partnership Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business-to-business e-commerce platform by sourcing and signing up manufacturers of low-/no-CO2 products. Your primary focus will be identifying and onboarding credible manufacturers that offer a wide variety of goods that closely align with customer needs and expectations. Responsibilities Source and identify producers of low-/no-CO2 products across various industries and product categories. Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers. Conduct due diligence to verify the accuracy and credibility of manufacturers' claims regarding the CO2 footprint of their products. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging sustainable products and identify new partners that can provide innovative solutions to our customers. Negotiate and structure commercial relationships with manufacturers that are economically viable for both parties, considering pricing, margins, and volume commitments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth and communications, to align manufacturer offerings with customer needs and effectively promote them on our platform. Develop and execute strategies to accelerate the onboarding process of new manufacturers, ensuring a seamless integration into our e-commerce platform. Monitor and track the performance and customer satisfaction of manufacturer partnerships, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to low-/no-CO2 products and sustainable manufacturing practices. Provide input and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform's manufacturer acquisition and onboarding processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, sustainability, or a related field. Experience in sourcing and signing up manufacturers, preferably in the sustainable products industry. Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and understanding of CO2 footprint validation methodologies. Proven ability to identify and evaluate potential manufacturer partners based on their alignment with customer needs and expectations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to establish mutually beneficial commercial relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in an early-stage company with ambiguity and changing priorities. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple partnerships and deadlines. Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive results. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product listing processes is a plus. Passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
