Azure Orchestration Engineer Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Orchestration Engineer at an architect level to join our team. This is a new, fully remote position that focuses on optimizing and maintaining the orchestration of ETL processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in troubleshooting, supporting, and streamlining data operations to ensure smooth and efficient data flow. This role includes responsibilities in support, administration, and engineering, with overlap in Azure Data Factory processes. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize ETL orchestration to improve efficiency and reduce ad-hoc processes. Serve as the first point of contact for ETL orchestration issues, ensuring rapid restoration of services and conducting root cause analysis. Maintain high availability of data flows and automate synchronization scripts to ensure data integrity. Provide technical leadership and best practices for enhancing data flow processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement in internal procedures. Engage in hands-on development and support using Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and related technologies. Key Skills&Experience: Strong experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and Azure Data Lake. Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and SQL. Hands-on experience with Azure Storage Accounts and database management. Familiarity with tools like SQL Server Management Studio, Postman, and Visual Studio Code. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing data integration, ETL processes, and troubleshooting data load failures. Knowledge of service bus architecture, database staging, master data integration, and data access methods. Proven ability to quickly acquire new technical skills through self-learning and hands-on experience.
