If this resonates with you and sounds like something you’d like to be a part of, we want to hear from you The Role: The Autism Technician works in a 1:1 capacity to provide individualized therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Autism Technicians will utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to implement treatment plans and collect data while teaching skills promoting independence. Treatment may be in our clinic, the client’s home, or other community settings. Training for the Registered Behavior Technician credential will be provided. What we’re looking for: High School Diploma or G.E.D Experience in undergraduate coursework relating to special education/human services is preferred but not required Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job Ability to lift up to 50lbs and get up and down off the floor from a sitting position Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
