Responsibilities Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Qualifications 1 - 3 years of experience representing clients in a law firm.
