Associate Pastor needed in Ann Arbor, Michigan Associate Pastor for an active, evangelistic small church near Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position would involve participation in many aspects of ministry, including preaching, teaching, event coordination, and discipleship. Other roles would depend upon the gifts, interests, and abilities of the individual. The senior pastor is more than willing to help develop ministry abilities and knowledge, serving as a mentor to someone who would like to develop more experience and capabilities. We can offer complete housing including utilities, but no direct salary. Housing is the single greatest expense in our area, though. If the candidate is able to do lawncare, or if he has a spouse who is able and willing to serve as a part-time church secretary, we might be able to pay for those positions and thus provide a small amount of direct pay.
