Join one of New York's largest community health centers with many decades in healthcare. The FNP oversees the clinical operations of the assigned practice and programs, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Job Function: Assist in evaluating and improving FNP Residency faculty performance. Coordinate residency program implementation per guidelines (e.g., NNPRFTC). Oversee supervision at outpatient sites and support resident recruitment. Help evaluate faculty applicants and participate in program planning. Attend and lead meetings, serve on committees, and act as temporary Program Director if needed. Provide precepting, performance evaluations, and engage in teaching, research, and CQI projects. Maintain board certification and attend relevant conferences. Job Requirements: Experience with FNP Residencies or similar educational roles and precepting. Knowledge of curriculum development and supervisory tasks. Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing; accredited Nurse Practitioner Program graduate. Minimum 3 years as a licensed Nurse Practitioner. Current NY State RN license, Nurse Practitioner certification, and relevant certifications (BCLS, infection control, child abuse). Proficiency with Windows-based systems, MS Office, and EHR technology. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
