The Position : We’re looking for an experienced and thorough Assistant Service Manager to join our maintenance team who will assist the Service Manager in ensuring that our apartment homes and apartment home community operate effectively and at its’ best at all times by making repairs including, but not limited to, HVAC, carpentry, welding, sheetrock, electrical, and plumbing while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of current proven experience in property management maintenance or equivalent, be HVAC certified, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
