Firm provides opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand their portfolio Great opportunity to be part of an employee focused setting that gives back to their community and team of staff Responsibilities and Duties Interfacing with tenants and customers Working with Marketing Manager as needed in event set up Maintaining vendor relationships and communicating concerns/questions to them Troubleshooting tenant needs and concerns Addressing any building or parking concerns Dispatching maintenance and following up to ensure satisfaction Answering incoming calls Scheduling routine maintenance and notifying tenants Coordinating tenant appreciation events Assisting Manager with budget preparation and CAM reconciliations Proofing incoming invoices for accuracy Coding and inputting property payables Coordinating meetings for Manager Communicating with vendors during tenant improvement process Providing information to tenants for property improvements or after-hours maintenance projects Preparing reports Qualifications and Skills 3 years as a Assistant Property Manager - commercial experience required Yardi or MRI ideal Commercial Retail experience ideal BA or BS Ability to listen well Strong follow up and people skills Proven experience of financial knowledge/understanding
