Job Description Job Description Assistant Property Manager for Multifamily and Single Family Properties primarily in South St. Louis City, Mileage Reimbursement available. We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at our property management company located in South St. Louis. Our company specializes in residential properties, and we are looking for a talented individual to support our Property Manager, Maintenance Personnel, and Residents in coordinating various tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in working with Mac computers and other mobile devices. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities and tasks, both at our main office and onsite at our managed properties. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with the Property Manager on assigned general duties Assisting with Lease Renewals, Tenant Screening, and Resident Requests Efficiently organizing and scheduling daily resident requests for maintenance Coordinating and scheduling tasks related to vacant property turnovers and necessary maintenance work Managing and scheduling recurring maintenance activities onsite Overseeing the resident move-out turnover process and ensuring smooth transitions Organizing and coordinating the daily tasks of maintenance personnel Providing effective troubleshooting assistance to residents or gathering additional information for the team to complete tasks Assisting in reviewing completed repairs and assessing property readiness Obtaining and organizing services or estimates from 3rd party vendors or service providers Contributing to the expansion and organization of our database of 3rd party vendors and service providers Conducting monthly, quarterly, and move-in/move-out property inspections Assisting with leasing, property marketing, and conducting on-site showings for vacant units Delivering excellent customer service, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high resident satisfaction Ensuring proper organization of property details within company systems Managing company keys, tools, inventory, materials, and other necessary items for efficient service completion Proactively organizing and purchasing materials ahead of property turnovers Assisting with utility turn-on/turn-off processes Coordinating the scheduling of occupancy inspections and re-inspections Conducting meetings with residents, inspectors, vendors, and other stakeholders on-site as needed Assessing on-site repair/work progress and providing detailed reports to management regarding schedule adherence, quality, and timeliness of work Facilitating training sessions for team members on established processes and procedures Organizing and promptly responding to after-hours and emergency resident requests If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for property management, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, we would love to hear from you.
