Job Description Job Description Assistant Property Manager Job Summary Works closely with property managers to build consumer files and management, including administrative and financial duties. General Accountabilities Assists the property manager in developing an integral team that effectively sells the quality and professionalism of the organization. Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community. Demonstrates an understanding of financial and operational reporting requirements. Collects all rent payments from both current and previous residents. Makes daily community deposits in regards to rent collections Distributes non-payment notices to all delinquent residents and completes follow-up activity in regards to non-payment of rent, or eviction proceedings. Maintains general working knowledge of state laws in regards to the collection of delinquent accounts. Inputs daily resident data Reviews leases for accuracy. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all active properties Represents the company in a professional manner at all times. Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. TRAK had already been providing Accounts Receivable Management services to their clients in other asset classes and brought a wealth of experience and expertise in building debt management strategies. They were the perfect partner to help RD Fuller expand their platform, adding efficiency and improving performance for our clients through the use of through sophisticated analytics and well-defined process management routines. After years of working closely with TRAK’s team to optimize workflows and methodologies, we have built the most sophisticated ARM offering in the Multifamily industry.
