Position will base in Newport Beach and work to manage a mixed industrial and office portfolio of properties throughout the Orange County and South Los Angeles areas. Company offers great benefits, opportunities for career growth, milage reimbursement, skill development and MUCH MORE Responsibilities will include: Driving to multiple property locations Assisting with Annual CAM reconciliations Managing tenant move-in and move-out process Assisting with budget preparation and variance reports Maintaining vendor relationships Managing tenant work order requests Executing a variety of events at the property Supporting Property Manager with various projects Gathering certificates of insurance and business licenses Scheduling and managing preventative maintenance Processing tenant and vendor invoices Interpret and manage a variety of property leases Assisting Manager with coordinating TI and CapEx projects Managing compliance for vendors and tenants Overseeing property walks Specialty Qualifications: Strong communicator with excellent people skills Ability to listen and provide solutions for tenants Solid accounting and financial knowledge Qualifications: 3 years' Property Management experience within office properties Strong people and development/mentorship skills BA or BS highly desired CA RE License preferred Strong MS Office - intermediate to advanced
