Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all property management transactions Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Respond to emails, phone calls, and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with common charge collection, including sending out reminders, tracking payments, and processing late fees. Maintain accurate records of tenant payments and balances. Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Work closely with Property Manager and onsite staff to ensure building matters are addressed Prepare and maintain various reports, tenant files, and documentation. Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and office management. Provide customer service to owners, vendors, and potential renters. Address complaints, resolve conflicts, and ensure resident satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or other real estate related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, BuildingLink, etc.) is a plus.
