Job Description Job Description Career Strategies is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for an Apartment Community in the FREEPORT, FL area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company. Job Title: Assistant Property Manager Hours: Full-Time Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including facilities management and property maintenance. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues. - Manage contracts and vendor relationships for various services, such as landscaping, maintenance, and repairs. - Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping. - Conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. - Coordinate and assist with community events and activities. - Implement strategies to upsell additional services or amenities to residents. Requirements: - Previous experience in property management is preferred. - Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve. - Proficient in office software applications, including data entry and file management. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. - Knowledge of Yardi, Knock, SOCI, Modern Message, and Canva software is a plus.
