Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Review contract documents and track all changes Qualifications: Familiarity with construction management software An educational background in construction (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) Deadline and detail-oriented Company Highlights: Competitive pay Small family company culture, large-scale projects 35 years of experience D&S retains the majority of its employees.
