Summary: Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified Program Manager for Master Resilience Training/Training Center Support (MRT/TCS) to support the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G9, Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) for the purpose of increasing the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, Families, and Department of the Army Civilians, Department of the Defense Personnel, Contractors supporting R2 Programs, United States (US) Government Agencies, and Allied Forces. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Shall be responsible for the performance of work, Task Order compliance and quality control. Provide oversight and support to program management, curriculum development, course instruction, course evaluation, targeted training, and various training to include resilience and performance training, and administrative support. Support DPRR R2PC training to Unit Commands at Battalion, Brigade, and Division level that allow Commanders to understand where to integrate the training provided by their unit MRT. Establish and provide oversight for a Mobile Training Team (MTT) to support MRT Level 1-4 courses at National Guard locations, Wellness Camps, Cadet Summer Training, Operation Cold Steel, Warrior Games, and for operational and rotational forces. Provide training support for the WCTP. Provide timely reporting for all deliverables and required reports. Required Qualifications: Shall have a minimum of five to seven years relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing large-scale Government projects of similar work to those tasks identified in this PWS, such as training facilitation, and including a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations. Shall, at a minimum, possess a master’s degree from an accredited academic institution, and have prior experience serving in the military. Shall follow the in-office work requirements for DPRR Department of the Army Civilians (DAC) and may telework when possible. Coordinate with the COR-RA and APM to provide the maximum amount of in-office coverage (i.e. not be in-office on the same day unless required by mission). A project management professional certification is not required but is preferred. Clearance: Must pass a NACI Background Investigation.
