Providence Assistant Nurse Manager - Med Surg Psych Everett, Washington ReqID: 314075 Job Category: Nursing-Patient Facing Schedule: Full time Shift: Night Description Under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager, provides direct nursing service supervision on the unit ensuring comprehensive nursing services and quality patient care. Assists with day-to-day management of unit operations. Assists with oversight of clinical and resource utilization, patient throughput, quality assessment and improvement, patient/staff provider satisfaction, interpretation of policies and procedures, staff education and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN). Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 4 years nursing experience within the past 5 years. Why Join Providence? The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
