Assistant General Manager - Bonus Opportunities and a College Degree CHATT - DAYTON (03749) Job Description Description: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets Greater Foods Group’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting the restaurant’s goals and creating a plan to achieve them. The Assistant General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager may be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team for the future. Requirements: Ideal candidates should have previous Assistant General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise owned and operated restaurants.
