As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide life-saving care to critically ill patients in top-tier healthcare facilities across Arizona. This is a travel role with excellent pay and benefits, designed for experienced RNs ready to make an impact in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and order diagnostic tests. Administer IV fluids, medications, and other treatments as prescribed. Respond to critical, life-threatening situations using established nursing standards and protocols. Operate and ensure the proper functioning of ventilators, monitors, and other specialized medical equipment. Provide constant, hands-on support to patients throughout their recovery process.
