If you are excited by this mission and want to grow with our office, you may be the right candidate for Vance Stein RESPONSIBILITIES Working collaboratively with VSA Principals and Project Managers, serve as an Architectural Designer and drafter for projects ranging in size and type, with a focus on multi-family, commercial, institutional, and high-end residential work. Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction document drawings. Conduct code research. Create graphic presentations. Perform field measuring. REQUIRED SKILLS&EXPERIENCE Skills Strong design sense and familiarity with all phases of design. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; AutoCAD and SketchUp experience beneficial. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and oral/written communication skills. Flexibility in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Creative problem-solving. Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as a strong team player. Well-developed strategic and critical thinking abilities. Engage in design studies, digital modeling, product, and material research. Experience&Education 2-5 years of architectural work experience. High-end residential, multi-family, and institutional design experience preferred. Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
