Our projects range from healthcare and R&D laboratories to high-end residential and installations. We are seeking a talented and driven Architectural Designer Associate with 3-5 years post-grad experience on track for Architect licensure for a full-time salary position. We are a dynamic studio that enjoys and relies on the collaborative efforts of each member of the firm. Design Associate responsibilities include participation in all aspects of the design process ranging from business development and marketing to all phases of design and documentation through construction administration. This includes planning, programming, design study and documentation, Concept Design through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration. Tasks also include preparation of presentation and marketing materials and participation in client meetings (good communication skills a must); review of standards and codes for projects; coordination with engineering and other consultants; internal management of projects and their schedules; construction detailing and documentation; construction administration and more. Experience in Revit and Adobe products is preferred but is not a requirement; however, a collaborative-minded, positive, and enthusiastic attitude is a must.
