The focus of this role will be on supporting the sales team in their activities with the Dynamics 365 platform as well as high level solution architecture. This senior level position will coordinate with and mentor both local and offshore development teams. They will also present and explain systems solutions to executive stakeholders and must be comfortable having open discussions with senior executives. The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation process with Dynamics 365 which helps product owners translate business requirements into solutions, enabling our extensive sales and account management team to manage customer relations and drive our global logistics business. This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Downtown Seattle Lynnwood Bellevue (Factoria) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5 years’ experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 at an enterprise scale Developing and deploying solutions using Azure Cloud infrastructure Strong development experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc.), including appropriate architect level certification Strong technical leadership to help a team succeed Ability to present to executive stakeholders Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migration, cut-over planning and go-live support Experience working with offshore development teams Experience with Agile methodology DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Customer Voice platform Experience with code review, ADO pipelines Experience with mentoring Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not transfer or sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (such as an H-1B visa) for this opportunity.
