We are seeking a talented and driven Licensed Architect with 5-10 years experience for full time salary position. We are a dynamic studio that enjoys and relies on the collaborative efforts of each member of the firm. Architect responsibilities include managing and overseeing project design and construction process ranging from RFQs and RFPs, to all phases of design and documentation through construction administration. This includes leading project organization including fee and proposal submissions; internal management of project and deliverable schedules and lead design studies and detailing from concept design through construction documentation and construction administration; lead client meetings, organize and set up project teams and lead engineering and consultant coordination, (effective communication skills are a must); investigation and implementation of standards and codes for projects and participate in jurisdictional review as required; lead Construction Administration efforts including Bid process, RFI responses, submittal, shop drawing and mock-up reviews, site observations and reports, payment applications and project close out documentation. Experience in Revit and Adobe products is preferred but is not a requirement, however, a collaborative-minded, positive, and enthusiastic attitude is a must.
