Minimum 1 years school psychologist experience required. Virtual School Psychologist in Delaware We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the mental health and educational development of our students, providing a range of psychological services to help them achieve their fullest potential. Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral issues. Offer crisis intervention and support as needed. Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for improving classroom management and promoting positive behaviors. Facilitate communication between the school, parents, and external mental health professionals. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans. Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on topics such as child development, behavior management, and mental health awareness. Keep accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress. Stay current with research and best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Master's, Education Specialist, or Doctorate degree in School Psychologyfrom an accredited institution. Active Delaware license with a School Psychology certificate required Valid NCSP credential from NASP optional Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting preferred. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, educators, and administrators. Demonstrated understanding of child and adolescent development. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.
