Job Description Job Description We are seeking experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultants to help lease apartment communities in Austin, TX, and surrounding area. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service. Bilingual Leasing Consultant Requirements: Must Be Bilingual (English and Spanish) Must have 2 years or more of Apartment Leasing experience. Familiarity with Tax credit/Section 8, fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMEN, ETC is a PLUS. Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for residents and prospects. Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations Familiarity with preparing lease agreements and conducting background checks. Professional appearance Bilingual Leasing Consultant Responsibilities: Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct property tours and showcase available units. Provide information on rental rates, leasing specials, and property amenities. Process rental applications and conduct background checks. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately. Collect and process rental payments. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes. Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
