The this could be the job for you Highly reputable commercial property development and management firm is seeking a professional Amenity Center Coordinator for one of their state-of-the-art properties. Company provides high level amenities and luxury services to the tenants in their buildings, along with beautiful high-rise office spaces This position will coordinate amenity space reservations as well as assist the property management team. Great opportunity to learn the industry with room for growth. Position is bonus-eligible What will I be doing? Compiling and distributing a weekly reservation booking sheet to all relevant parties. Approving reservations within the Rise app, ensuring set-up requests comply with building guidelines. Inspecting meeting room locations before meeting/event start times to ensure cleanliness and correct set-up, collaborating with the Day Porter Supervisor and Amenity Lead. Assist with mid-day room adjustments as needed. Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, providing assistance with any issues that arise. Supporting tenants experiencing difficulties with equipment usage. Conducting regular inspections of tenant lounges throughout the day to ensure cleanliness, notifying day staff of any issues requiring attention. Coordinating with day porters and the amenity lead to ensure all areas are in order each morning before tenants arrive. Verifying that TVs and music systems in all amenity areas are functioning properly at the start of each day and monitor their condition throughout. Monitoring coffee areas to confirm that coffee pots are operational and supplies are adequately stocked. Desired Skills: Strong people and communication skills Ability to work well with others Strong listening and problem resolution skills Must have: 2 years in hospitality or commercial property management/real estate BA or BS MS Office - intermediate to advanced skills Willingness to learn
