Experience doing IR's and Annual certs is a must. Ideal candidate will possess: Knowledge of Section 8 Knowledge of LIHTC HCV EIV Experience with elderly and disabled residents Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Microsoft Office products-SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.) Direct but patient demeanor Attention to detail and the ability to follow through Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and make sound, thoughtful decisions Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks Experience in affordable subsidized housing Experience communication with residents and others on social, emotional, and mental health needs’ and then provide, develop, and aide them in accessing services to meet their needs – from outside community services as needed. Ability to remain within mandated guidelines and scope of service Responsibilities included but are not limited to: Management of affordable subsidized housing Daily management of property Manage wait list applicants to improve vacancy rates. Maintaining vacancies and turn-over of units with less than 15 days to occupancy Ability to complete annual and interim recertification's in timely manner in accordance with HOTMA. Responsible for responding to OCAF request in accurate and timely manner.
