Job Description Job Description Rapidly expanding, full-service, national Real Estate Company is currently seeking a Property Services Administrator (PSA) for our Cincinnati, Ohio location. Responsibilities include interacting with associates, tenants, vendors, and utility companies and assisting the Property Management Team as needed. Responsibilities: · Provide administrative support to the property management team, including but not limited to drafting vendor service agreements, tenant mailings, and welcome letters, as well as preparing express mail packages. · Follow up with vendors or tenants on the timely receipt of documents as required by written request. · Work in tandem with the management team to onboard new tenants and track receipt of the forms provided that require completion. · Maintain various tracking reports for the benefit of the property management team. · Maintain electronic file system located within the department. · Accounts Receivable, including reports generated for the property managers consisting of weekly Aged Delinquency Reports and assisting where needed with collection efforts. · Facilitate work orders for service-related issues and communicate efforts between vendor and tenant. · Assist with monthly and quarterly management reports, annual budget preparation, year-end reconciliations, and tenant letters and statements. · Tracking of certificates of insurance to ensure property managers maintain coverage for both tenants and contractors and that the certificates comply with the documents requiring the coverage. Maintain follow-up system for expired certificates. · Other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and customer service focus Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills in time management, organization, problem-solving, and judgment. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work overtime on occasion to meet project deadlines. Qualified candidates must possess 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience. Experience in reviewing lease documents, reviewing&coding invoices, and familiarity with Yardi&MRI are a plus Required Education: · Licensed real estate salesperson a plus. · Commercial real estate experience required. Job: Full Time – This is not a hybrid position – it requires the employee to be on-site 40 hours per week. Salary Range: based upon experience.
