Job Description Job Description Career Strategies is hiring a full-time temporary Admin istrative Assistant in the Property Management industry who has strong Excel and Data Entry skills. Must be able to multitask at a high level in a busy office. Any experience in property management, including property management, assistant property management, leasing, compliance, and market rate, HUD, or LIHTC, will be considered. Must have excellent fast typing, excel, and data entry skills. This is a Monday- Friday position 8:30-5:00. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, property management experience for HUD communities, highly skilled in data entry, exceptional typing skills, high energy, positive attitude,outstandingt work ethic, and desire the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company. Job Duties: Duties include answering phones, using rapid typing skills, filing and reporting income, creating and reviewing vouchers, processing claims, and handling additional administrative projects. Requirements: Property Management Experience Office Duties- ample data entry, writing letters, answering phones, placing phone calls, filing, word, excel , creating reports, spell checking, creating templates, snipping • Professional Presentation-Friendly, energetic, great people skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Simultaneously prioritizing time-sensitive projects • Excellent phone and in-person sales skills • Motivated and hard-working • High energy • Excellent communication skills • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel , and Adobe Sales and Customer Service skills.
