职位描述 - Independently handle daily accounting tasks related to costing and inventory. - Timely prepare internal management reports focusing on inventory management, manufacturing costing, contribution margin analysis, inventory movement, and aging reports. - Organize inventory physical counts to ensure asset validity and accuracy, such as month-end cycle counts or annual full stocktaking. - Prepare quarter-end/year-end schedule reports, be familiar with Corporate Hyperion Financial Management system and financial system reporting. - Familiar with costing and inventory flow in a manufacturing environment to assist in reinforcing internal control practices and processes to comply with statutory and corporate requirements (US SOX Compliance: costing&inventory). - Assist in setting up new manufacturing and financial systems. - Support supervisors in ad hoc financial projects and management analysis reports. - Work independently and with cross-functional teams to collaborate on operational process improvements and effectively communicate operational requirements. 职位要求 - At least 3 years of costing-related experience in multinational manufacturing companies. - Good command of English in writing and reading; equivalent to CET-4. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems e.g. Oracle. - Strong analytical skills and understanding of manufacturing cost control concepts. - Good communication skills, teamwork attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with PRC&US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is a definite advantage. - Ability to work overtime to meet tight deadlines and work under high pressure. - At least 3 years of financial cost or related positions working experience in large-scale manufacturing industry. - Fluent in English writing and speaking, CET-4 or above. - Proficient in using office software and ERP systems such as Oracle. - Possess proficient analytical skills, awareness of manufacturing cost control, and self-development skills. - Good communication skills and team spirit. - Familiar with Chinese and American accounting standards, familiarity with SOX is preferred. - Willingness to work overtime and handle work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
