Job Description

Provides customer support and account management duties to an assigned client base. Job Duties: Serves as a single point of contact for existing clients, maintaining positive relationships. Addresses inquiries, answers questions, and provides information to accounts that are in good standing. Escalates complex service requests or potential new business opportunities to technical support or sales staff. Ensures CRM systems are accurately updated with client information. Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
