Job Description

Job Function: Develop new client relationships through cold calling and prospecting to hiring managers. Build lists of new prospects and maintain those the company already has. Source for new hiring managers, decision makers, and C-level executives at existing WCS. Navigate fees and rates for services. Manage the life-cycle process and establish point-of-contact relationships for future business. Work with internal HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders. Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service. Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Cross-sell other lines of business within WCS. Effectively sell our Healthcare Services Temporary-consulting service line. J-18808-Ljbffr
