Employer Industry: Manufacturing and Industrial Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $169,562, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible work environment with the ability to work remotely Company vehicle provided for business use Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Support for employee well-being through various programs What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive sales growth and customer retention for Abrasives Systems Division products in the Industrial Marketplace Collaborate with local channel partners to execute programs that generate market share gains for Abrasive products Develop customer relationships and application processes to enhance the Abrasives&Tools portfolio Partner with marketing, technical service, and leadership teams to implement growth initiatives in the assigned geography Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities and conduct regular business reviews with key customers and partners What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High school diploma/GED and ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Current, valid Driver’s license Proven experience in managing complex multi-location key accounts Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive positive customer impact How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Three (3) years of selling Abrasives and Tools in a relevant environment Expertise in Abrasives, tools, and related accessories Experience in Industrial market sales and distribution Experience negotiating contracts and pricing terms Effective CRM utilization for territory management We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
